Have a Healthy Attitude!

Those who have dogs at home know rather simple rules: if a dog lives in your flat or house, your daily task is to take your pet for a walk for a fifteen minutes three times a day. Of course it is not so much, but it makes us think about more important things connected with our own needs to stay healthy and fit.

When speaking about animals, it is quite clear that they accept exercising in the different way. Walking, running, jumping and other things are vital for animals in the same way as eating, and sleeping, you know. It doesn’t matter if the weather is cold, or if it is tired. You usually go for a walk with your dog. How do we know that animals enjoy exercising? Just look how lively they are, with wagging tails. Such things make them really happy!

As everybody knows from his own experience, physical exercises become habitual if we do them very often. We want to lead a healthy way of life, and we always plan to do some exercises regularly, but the thing is that we set them aside till the evening and then we authorize ourselves while there is no time left for exercising. And we promise that we’ll do it next day for sure!

Let’s look at this through the eyes of our pets. And then it will become quite clear, that exercising is a great fun! First of all, remember, that the main problem is your attitude towards something, so, our principal task is to expect physical training with joy. When you feel uncomfortable when thinking about going to the sport club, maybe you need to change the kind of activity and to choose something more suitable. Some people prefer skiing and skating to boring physical exercises in the gym. A lot of people found themselves in jogging and other things. If you still feel unwilling, try to adopt a dog – it won’t let you to avoid activity.

When speaking about normal time of physical efforts – it is about 40-60 minutes daily. Don’t do a lot of exercises at once, it’s better to divide exercising into periods of ten minutes and enjoy doing them! Actually, each person will have its own set of activities. There is nothing good for everybody while we are different. So, try to define what kind of exercising you will enjoy most of all. Don’t be afraid to reveal your creativity – here it is only welcome! Try and you’ll see what you need. Sport can be done not only in the gym or in the field. May be you’ll be fond of yoga or dancing. There are many ways! Even playing snowballs can enhance the heart rate.
